All inflatable electric watercraft are covered by a Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

5-Year Warranty Coverage
The following core powertrain components are covered by an extended 5-Year Limited Warranty:

• Brushless motor system
• Removable lithium battery pack

12-Month Warranty Coverage
All remaining components are covered by a 12-Month Limited Warranty, including:

• Inflatable hull construction
• Electrical components
• Battery charging system
• Factory-installed hardware
• Electric air pump
• Accessories included with the product

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected product or component at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Improper storage or maintenance
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or environmental conditions
• Commercial, rental, or non-recreational use

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact our customer support team and provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the defect
